Mandalay Canal Alley will be a collection of five - six restaurants located along the Mandalay Canals in the Las Colinas Urban Center. Connecting with Lake Carolyn, the canals wind through nearby restaurants, shops, hotels, residences, and office buildings - and, offer a waterfront experience that is singular to the DFW market.

The project is accessible by multiple street-level and canal-level paths and within walking distance to the Irving Convention Center with 100,000 SF of meeting space; The Music Factory with a 4,000 seat indoor concert hall plus an 8,000 seat live music outdoor amphitheater; and the DART Orange Line with a direct route to the DFW airport.
