Annabelle’s background and experience in retail have provided her with a strong understanding of the shopping center industry, fashion trends, and what influences consumer behavior. Her extensive fashion and market insight lead to better merchandising decisions and solutions for RSA’s clients in an innovative manner, while adding another dynamic to the RSA platform.
Annabelle has dual focus in both tenant and landlord representation. Her clients include a variety of local and national food & beverage, service, and fashion retailers. Some of these clients includes 2nd Street USA, Casa Verona, Dish Society, Lemma Coffee Roasters, Mesero, Morley, Woodhouse Day Spa, Inclusion Coffee, and others. Annabelle is passionate about working with start-up concepts to strategize their growth plan and execute expansion goals.
In addition to her site selection endeavors, Annabelle has worked with a broad base of Landlords and developers, including Catalyst Development, Gables, Glenstar, Hillwood, JP Morgan Asset Management, Madison Realty Partners, Provident Realty Advisors, Regent Properties, Starwood Retail Partners, Stream, and several others. She is passionate about working on developments from conception to completion. She has been an integral part in the merchandising and reimagining of Snider Plaza, Energy Square, Water Street, Willow Bend’s restaurant district, and more.
A Dallas native, Annabelle has grown up in the real estate industry. She is an accredited investor with diverse partnerships ranging from opportunity zones, multifamily projects, office developments, retailers, and even in the food tech space. She is an active member of ICSC, ABPA, Females Who Retail, and Highland Park Presbyterian Church. Annabelle graduated early from Westmont College in Santa Barbara. Her California connections have provided another layer to RSA’s platform, with the influx of relocations to DFW.
